Uygulama 1: Mikroskop kullanımı 

1. 1. Cut out the letter “e” and place it on the slide face up. Bir gazeteden “e” harfi kesin.

2. 2. Add a drop of water to the slide. Su ilave ederek preparat hazırlayın.
3. 3. Place the cover slip on top of the “e” and drop of water at a 45-degree angle and 45 derecelik açı ile lameli "e" ve suyun damlasının üzerine kapatınlower. Draw what is on the slide in Figure1 .

Uygulama 2: Yanak Hücresi

1. 1. Place a small drop of Iodine onto a clean slide. yanak içinden kürdanla nazikçe kazıma yapılır alınan obje ile preparat hazırlayın.

2. 2. Using a toothpick, gently scrape the inside of you cheek. preparat üzerine bir damla İyot ilave edin.

3. 3. Place the toothpick tip into the iodine and mix. İyotla boyana The iodine stains the cells so yhücreler mikroskopta gözleyincan see them..

Procedure : Part 2 - Cheek Cell Uygulama 3: Elodea Hücresi

1. Place a drop of water on a clean slide. preparata temiz su damlatın.

2. 2. Place an Elodea leaf in the drop of water, place a coverslip on top.damla içinde bir Elodea yaprak yerleştirin.

3. Observe under low power first (4x), then under high power (10x) Draw in Figure 3. Önce (4x) le, daha sonra (10x) büyütmeyle inceleyin

6 . Label the following organelles: nucleus, cytoplasm, cell wall, chloroplasts.
